I’m proud of and humbled by what the Gratipay community has accomplished over the past five and a half years. We moved $1.1 million from dozens of companies to hundreds of open source projects.

It may be shutting down, but Chad and the team really were pioneers in open source funding and their legacy will live on. We’re sad to see it go, but we’re excited to see what Chad dreams up next.
