I’m not a big fan of Intercom-style chat widgets, but with how many of them I see out there I might literally be the only person in that camp. That being said, if you’re on the market for (what looks like) a bare bones implementation of that functionality that you can keep 100% 1st party, maybe give Chatwoot a try.
