The part where we talked about “the market” forcing you into change around your business that you’re not ready or willing to make has really stuck with me.
There are many folks who want to “keep it simple” and run a small business. Which works until competition comes in and forces you to level up to compete, or fall by the way side of “business and progress”.
That’s a hard thing about doing these hard things.
