Piwik (not sure why they renamed it) has been on my radar for years, but I’ve never given it a serious go. We’ve bounced around between Google Analytics and GoSquared, but don’t love either one.

Matomo can be self-hosted or cloud-hosted. Cloud-hosted sounds nice and easy, but maybe that defeats the point?
