Im really not following the DenoKV take. Its an interface KV on top of sqlite. What is wrong with that?? You can deploy a Deno app to a server and it will work the same way as your local.

That’s a good point and one I hadn’t considered. In that way, it’s almost like Deno Deploy is less optimal (because dev/prod discrepancies).
@jimniels came up with a visualization of his angst, but I agree it doesn’t apply if you deploy to your own server.
Still might be a slippery slope though… time will tell on that front.

I felt the same pain about RSS readers - so I built one recently! It’s JS not TS (sorry) but you can check it out at simplifeed.org. RIP Google Reader 🙏🪦
