Gergely Orosz: Well, if youāre looking for hacks, thereās very few. Yes, you can try to reach out on LinkedIn, you can go to forums like Blind and you can post your resume and be really clear about what position you wanna go⦠Because thereās a bit of a gaming of the system, Iāll be honest. A lot of big companies give you referral bonuses, and so people often refer someone who they think is good; and you can go to these ā again, TeamBlind is an anonymous forum where you can go to big tech companies and ask āCan someone give a referral?ā and just be clear of āHereās my resume, hereās why Iām qualified for this jobā¦ā and some people will refer you. So thatās kind of gaming the system.
